BB-8 – the app-enabled Droid looks very authentic. BB-8 has something unlike any other robot. “…an adaptive personality that changes as you play” was said by its creators. We were skeptical, but after 3 days of playing we had to admit. This little “toy” and it often seems to be so much more than just that became a part of our team. A real Fun-Part!
Based on your interactions, BB-8 will show a range of expressions and even perk up when you give voice commands. You can command it to patrol. So if you do not want to control it all the time, just sit back and watch your Droid explore autonomously. Or guide BB-8 yourself, or create and view holographic recordings.
